I have found that when you give an Act of Intentional Kindness, you are impacting 2 things:

  1. The receiver of the Act of Intentional Kindness
  2. The giver of the Act of Intentional Kindness

I know it feels great to receive Acts of Intentional Kindness from family, friends, colleagues, and even strangers. Those acts give us confidence, make us smile, change our attitude to be more positive, and create energy within us! It inspires us to act, try harder, push longer and shine when situations are grim. What I have found to be equally, if not more, impactful is when you become the giver of that Act of Intentional Kindness! To know the impact you can have on people is a tremendous power. One that requires positive intent and being in the moment to make interactions with people count.

This website is built to focus on how the power of Acts of Intentional Kindness is about how we make a conscious effort to make the world a better place. In a world where the news shares stories of hatred, political strife, and the negative impacts of COVID-19, the need for people to leverage the Power of Intentional Kindness becomes even more important and critical. The power we have with our intentional acts might be focused on being a role model for children, saving the planet, helping a neighbor, or taking a moment to listen and respond to someone. The moments are available to us all the time and I encourage you to take a moment and be intentional, not random, with our Acts of Intentional Kindness.

And as you do that, please share your thoughts here so others can learn the impact when you unleash the Power of Intentional Kindness!
